Briefly to say. They’re

Whole food plant 🪴 based vegan here, my skin is pretty good for 64 years old! The animals and the planet are happy too ❤

I fail to understand why each and every carb source, whether it’s a fruit or complex carb (that isn’t fiber) won’t cause advanced glycation of the skin. Even if it’s lentils or brown bread, doesn’t it all break down into a simple carbohydrate or sugar which causes glycation? How is it any different than a tiny portion (200 calories of candy) vs 200 calories of a complex carbs, which even then is not a large amount. Do they not break down into the same sugars?
I’ve been eating healthy for years and only drink water and my skin is still terrible and suffer from acne all this is a load of crap!!
I like the short video a lot. Thank you dr. Huberman.

Less sugar fermented food 1-4 serving
Sleep well
Stress
My acne problem completely healed when I started drinking pure whey isolate (completely pure, without any flavoring, nonsense preservatives, or maltodextrin, of course). Completely pure whey isolate.
When I checked with ChatGPT, I just realized that whey isolate can help heal the gut. Alhamdulillah I started this—I’m never going back to flavored whey protein. ❤
My acne journey done on carnivore diet. I Cut all sugars and carbs lost my face fats. problem solved.
It’s so interesting to see how diet directly affects our skin! I’ve heard about the benefits of collagen and vitamin C, but I’m really curious about the other tips Andrew Huberman shared. Has anyone here tried these?
Secret is photoshop 😂
I do not see huberman has a good glass skin. Why would we hear the advice of there is no prove appear on the person. May be his advice in this is incorrect or suboptimal advice

What about Whey protein? Is it considered by literature as highly processed food as well?

Do you not mean the other way round with sauerkraut?
Best thing I ever did for my skin was going vegan 20 years ago, I did it for the animals but my skin had a massive glow up! Eat the rainbow! 🥗 🥦 🥕 🥬 🍎 🍌 🍒 🍊
Go grain free vegan – tons of fruit
The foods you want that are healthy are so easy, even things you want to make. It’s so easy to make yogurt or sauerkraut etc. and turn them into tasty decent meals or desert “ a desert with home made yogurt with berry’s,nets or seeds, cinnamon and dark chocolate is a really good one “ I just thing we’ve all bought into buying everything
I used to feel constantly sluggish and out of shape, no matter how much I tried to stay active. Then, I decided to completely rethink my diet—cutting out processed foods, sugary drinks, and late-night snacks. The difference has been incredible! I’ve dropped 15 lbs, my sleep has improved, and I finally have the motivation to get back into a solid workout routine. It’s amazing how small changes can lead to such a big transformation!

The BOTOX industry gives this video a huge thumbs down 👎.
vitamin A is not found in any plants, carotenoids on the other hand cannot be transformed into vitamin A by significant percent of people, you not mentioning liver, the most bioavailable source of the most micronutrients we need is crazyyy
Are fermented mangoes/ burong mangga a great source of probiotics too?
